NYC Music Services
- NYC Music Services (the “Owner”) provides
nycmusicservices.com (the “Site”) to registered users
in order for users to access files and information for
their private use.
- By logging into the Site, you warrant that the
username and password were provided to you by NYC Music
Services, and that you are authorized to access your
account.
- Only authorized users may access the Site with
their username and password.
- Guests may only access the demonstration portion of
the Site with the demonstration username and password.
All files, music or other material on the demonstration
portion of the Site remain the property of the Owner
and may not be used for any purpose besides
demonstrating the functionality of the Site.
- Registered users may only upload files to the site
for the purpose of working on a project. Any files
uploaded by users must be free of viruses, spyware, and
other malicious content.
- All visitors to the site are logged by username,
date, time, IP address, and referring site. All
information gathered during a user’s visit to the Site
is kept confidential by the Owner and will not be
shared with any other party, except where it is
required by law.
- The Owner makes no warranties for the Site and does
not guarantee 100% uptime. However, Owner will make
every effort to keep the Site functioning and
operational at all times.
- During the use of the Site, you may be directed to
a third-party site (for example, to process a payment).
Owner makes no warranties for any third-party
sites.
- The Owner retains all rights to the Site, including
the right to create, modify, suspend or delete any
account at any time.
